Scott is an IT professional with over 20 years of experience in the IT service and support industry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay and has a wide range of IT experience in many industries, including retail, travel, government and senior living/healthcare. Scott is passionate about customer service and has held leadership positions at many organizations, including The United States Senate and most recently at Brookdale Senior Living in Milwaukee. He is currently pursuing consulting opportunities in the Milwaukee area. Perhaps surprising to some, Scott is also the proud owner of two Chihuahuas!

Lisa started her IT career in sales and then as a end user trainer. Eventually, she made her way to becomee a network systems administrator and has been in IT system operations and support for over 15 years. Currently, Lisa serves as Senior Help Desk Supervisor at Bucyrus International. Along with being a member of BrewCity HDI, she is also a member of the MATC IT Support Advisory Committee.
