SVP IT Infrastrucutre – Responsible for managing the Aurora IT infrastructure. This includes the Heil Data Center, the Aurora Network, and remote disaster recovery services. It also includes meeting service level agreements (SLAs) for the key clinical, patient access and business systems. As Aurora becomes increasingly dependent on its IT systems, it covers the definition and implementation of new technologies and infrastructure services to meet its rapidly growing needs, capacity planning to ensure that needed resources are available, enhancing reliability and availability, minimizing system downtime, and controlling costs. Another key responsibility is recruiting, training, retaining and motivating the broad range of technical staff required.
Jerry L. Bishop is Reinhart’s Director of Technology. Jerry brings more than 25 years of IT leadership experience and a demonstrated record of building IT success through strong relationships. His background includes founding and leading a firm that provides digital products and virtual advisory services to Chief Information Officers, and a firm that provides IT consulting services, including value realization analysis, cost optimization, strategy, governance models and turnaround plans. Jerry is accomplished in partnering with peers to strengthen and facilitate business and product strategies and operational efficiencies using cost effective information and technology solutions. He draws on a breadth of experience in developing strategic and tactical plans that address underlying financial and operational issues, while refining IT strategy into an executable plan. Jerry’s ability to simplify complex issues and create practical tools allows him to facilitate Reinhart’s technology demands and support the firm’s long term goals.
Ed Seaberg is vice president of IT Service Operations for Rockwell Automation. In this role he is accountable for exceeding customer expectations with performance, operations and support of all IT services used by the Rockwell workforce and partners. IT Service Operation’s scope includes enterprise application operations and support, private and cloud-based hosting solutions, connectivity services, information & collaboration solutions, end user devices, data center facilities, network & systems operations center, IT Service Desk and IT Field Services. Ed leads major programs to refresh and improve existing service capabilities, such as migration from Lotus’ Notes to Microsoft’s Office 365 platforms. Ed has been with Rockwell Automation since 2007, with previous positions at Cardinal Health, Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis, Roadway Global Air, and TIS College Bookstores. Ed is a member of numerous IT associations and has earned a Bachelor Degree from Northern Michigan University, and a Masters degree from Keller Graduate School of Management (Chicago). Ed also sits on the Milwaukee Repertory Theater Board of Trustees, Executive Committee & Treasurer.
Rich Mozack- Kohl’s Department Stores
Rich Mozack joined Kohl’s in November, 2010. He is currently Senior Vice President, of Information Technology where he has responsibility for Application Development for Merchandising, Marketing, Credit, and Finance as well as Infrastructure for the entire enterprise. Prior to joining Kohls, he was CIO of Eddie Bauer. He has held several Executive IT roles in both Application Development and Infrastructure/Operations. Rich began his career as a Development Engineer at IBM. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
